Stayvalor is the modern property operating system for boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and serviced residences.

Stayvalor brings front desk, reservations, housekeeping, billing, guest portal, and corporate accounts into one calm, beautiful platform. It is a product of 4RHD Solutions, built between Toronto and Lagos.

Built for independent hospitality, Stayvalor replaces disconnected tools with six modules on one platform. It charges a flat subscription with no setup fees and no commission on bookings, and supports global and African payment rails including Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave.

Stayvalor began at a small property in Lagos, after the third tab-switch of the morning: four screens, three vendors, two exports, and the guest still waiting.

Most hotel software was written for chains, by people who never worked a night shift. Stayvalor was built for the person at the desk at 11pm, the housekeeper moving room to room, the guest checking in on a phone, and the owner who needs a clean read of the business.

The studio works between Toronto and Lagos, in close collaboration with the properties that use the product. Three words guide the work: restraint, craft, and valor.

• 01 Front desk. A single canvas for arrivals, departures, in-house guests, room status, guest history, and shift handover.
• 02 Reservations. Tape chart, group blocks, allotments, rate plans, seasonal rules, and channel manager-ready inventory.
• 03 Housekeeping. Mobile-first room board, live status, per-housekeeper boards, maintenance flags, and photo evidence.
• 04 Billing & POS. Multi-folio billing, splits, transfers, Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, cash, EFT, invoices, and tax presets.
• 05 Guest portal. Pre-arrival registration, mobile check-in, digital keys, requests, concierge, and contactless checkout.
• 06 Corporate accounts. Negotiated rates, bill-to-company ledgers, credit limits, consolidated invoices, and travel-desk workflows.

Stayvalor has three plans with no setup fees and no commission on bookings. Regional pricing is shown on the pricing page in the visitor's local currency where supported.

• Atelier. Up to 30 rooms with front desk, reservations, housekeeping, guest portal, Stripe and local rails.
• House. Up to 120 rooms with Billing & POS, corporate accounts, channel manager sync, white-label guest portal, and priority support.
• Estate. Custom plan for multi-property groups, SSO, audit logs, custom data residency, dedicated success, SLAs, and procurement support.

Emmanuel Kelechukwu Onuoha is the founder and principal of 4RHD Solutions Inc., the Canadian technology firm behind Stayvalor. He brings more than 13 years of experience in enterprise security and technology consulting for major financial institutions and government departments, and holds an M.Eng in Information Systems Security from Concordia University alongside CISA, CISM, and CCSP credentials.
